Job summary

The Guest Services Representative / Night Auditor at Peppertree Ocean Club in North Myrtle Beach, SC, is a part-time role focusing on warm guest welcome, efficient check-in/check-out, and front desk operations during the evening shift (3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.). Occasional overnight coverage as Night Auditor is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or accounting coursework preferred.
• Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred; night audit experience a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and hotel property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism.
• Provide resort and local area information, directions and recommendations.
• Balance daily transactions during night audit; prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
