Meow Wolf in Denver, CO is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead the daily operations of the Guest Services team and uphold our immersive guest experience standards.

You will supervise labor, payroll, scheduling, and safety, while coaching staff to deliver beyond-exceptional experiences in a fast-paced environment. This on-site, full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a Guest Services/Front of House role, preferably in an exhibit or museum setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to lead and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor, productivity, payroll, scheduling, quality control, and safety for the Operations Team.
• Coach staff with timely feedback; conduct performance evaluations.
• Partner with HR on hiring and staff development; ensure staffing coverage.
• Set service standards and train staff on guest services, safety, and quality.
• Schedule management and cross-department collaboration to improve guest experiences.
