Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a friendly Guest Services Locker Attendant to be the first contact for day and seasonal locker service. You will assist guests via phone, email and in person, ensuring accurate information and smooth service.

Responsibilities include monitoring calls, updating resort information on schedule, and helping guests with locker kiosks. A high school diploma and proficient Microsoft Office skills are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office at intermediate–advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming Resort calls and emails.
• Maintain locker service desk and provide guest information.
• Update website content on a fixed schedule for dissemination.
• Assist guests with locker kiosks and troubleshoot issues.
• Log sales, manage waitlists, and update guest contacts.
• Report safety or locker issues to supervisor.
