Job summary

Eurest is hiring a Lobby Attendant in Cincinnati at P&G Plaza. This full-time role runs 6:00 am to 5:00 pm on varying days, with interview details provided. You will greet guests, assist visitors, coordinate transportation, and liaise with hospital staff to ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Qualified candidates have client service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Training is offered; CPR/BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service / reception position.
• Phone and computer skills including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
• Able to navigate to/from various locations throughout the facility.
• Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
• Physical ability to withstand frequent standing and walking.
• May be required to complete and pass CPR or BLS.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and acknowledges all guests.
• Anticipates and addresses guests’ needs.
• Assists guests in all guest service matters including concierge requests.
• Escorts all high touch clients to their meeting destinations.
• Promotes teamwork and quality service with other departments.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others.
• Keeps front desk area clean and orderly.
• Provides a professional arrival and departure experience for our guests.
• Acts as first point of contact for activities and emergencies in the lobby.
• Reviews and completes daily checklists with the manager.
• Uses designated chemicals and equipment to ensure cleanliness per OSHA.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
