Job summary

Fidelity Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated hotel attendant to maintain inventory, replenish carts, and support guest services throughout the shift. You will greet guests, respond to requests promptly, and help ensure cleanliness and safety across the property.

Previous housekeeping or guest service experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED. This full-time role offers competitive wages and benefits, including PTO and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret standard operating procedures, safety, and sanitation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities to ensure adequate supplies in accordance with par levels and timeframes.
• Replenish housekeeping carts throughout the shift with all necessary supplies.
• Remove linen and trash from all vacated guest rooms in accordance with room attendant service.
• Complete any guest requests in a timely fashion.
• Maintain guest corridor and back of house cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Report and correct any deficiencies noted in guest rooms or public areas.
• Assist in the completion of projects including mattress rotation, window washing, and deep cleanings.
• Assist in implementing special projects.
• Greet all guests and provide a genuine welcome.
• Ensure quick responses to guest comments and concerns; inform supervisor and apply corrective measures.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the work area.
