Job summary

Pilot Company in Hardeeville, SC is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store staff and daily operations while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining clean, well-run facilities.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and support store managers in day-to-day tasks. Pay starts at $14.20–$21.10 per hour with weekly pay and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check is required
