Job summary

Pilot Company in Hardeeville, SC is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and drive customer service excellence. The role requires flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays, with pay starting at $14.20 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Shift Leader you will support managers, supervise staff, and ensure the store runs smoothly while upholding PFJ's service standards. Weekly pay and health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check is required

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store.
• The ideal candidate would possess excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers.
• Self-motivated and ready to assist the managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
