Pilot Flying J is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store staff and daily operations. The ideal candidate delivers superb customer service, stays self-motivated, and supports managers with tasks to keep facilities clean, well‑stocked, and running smoothly.

This role requires knowledge of store operations, flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays, and a readiness to participate in background checks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.

Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store. This person has knowledge of store operations and the company’s commitment to quality and customer service.

Pay Rates: $21.41 – $31.40 per hour.
