Job summary

NORTH AMERICAN WAX COMPANY LLC is hiring for an in-person Guest Service Leader at 4050 El Cerrito Plaza, El Cerrito, CA. The role blends guest service, sales, and front-desk duties in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment.

You will train staff, promote services, meet sales goals, and ensure a welcoming center. Evening and weekend availability is required; prior retail or beauty industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
