Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Lead at Staybridge Suites El Paso Airport Area to greet guests, supervise new front desk agents, and deliver outstanding service through efficient check-ins/check-outs and concierge support.

The role also focuses on training, maintaining brand standards, and maximizing occupancy and guest satisfaction while handling reservations and cash handling with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in related field preferred.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred, especially with leadership experience.
• Positive, upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, and problem-solve for internal and external customers.
• Clear and effective communication of information and ideas.
• Ability to evaluate options quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Ability to handle financial information and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with a friendly, service-oriented approach.
• Train Front Desk Agents and conduct orientation sessions.
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs; manage front desk operations.
• Maintain proper operation of the telephone switchboard and monitor rates/promotions.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure smooth service and safety.
