Job summary

Pilot Company is a leading network of travel centers with 30,000+ team members and 750+ locations across the US and Canada. The Shift Leader will supervise store operations, provide excellent customer service, and support managers to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have retail experience, strong math/calculator skills, and a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store.
• Respond to the needs of customers and maintain PFJ's commitment to quality and service.
• Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
