Home 2 Suites Colorado Springs is seeking a friendly Guest Service professional to check in guests, answer questions, and ensure a great stay. 8-hour shifts run 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, with a team-focused environment and opportunities for growth.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, coordination with bell staff, and maintaining high standards of service across shifts. A positive, people-first attitude is essential for success.

Qualificações

• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a shift team.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests during peak hours with a friendly attitude.
• Ensure courteous service and adherence to standards by staff.
• Address guest concerns and follow up to resolution.
• Oversee bell staff to ensure efficient and friendly arrivals/departures.
