Job summary

The Equinox Resort & Spa, newly managed by EOS Hospitality, invites applications for a housekeeping aide on site in Vermont. You will assist with daily support to Guest Room Attendants, help with laundry, restock linens, and maintain cleanliness across public spaces.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for part-time or full-time hours. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and professional hospitality in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• Professional cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Successful completion of background check
• Available and willing to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.
• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Expresses sincere enthusiasm for the role and cleanliness.
• Must know how to prioritize, delegate, and respond in a timely fashion. Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and stay focused while maintaining hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guest Room Attendants with daily support such as laundering and restocking linens.
• Act as a runner to GRAs to expedite guest room readiness.
• Move furniture and rearrange areas for events or setup.
• Clean public/shared spaces using the designated checklist.
• Wipe and sanitize surfaces; sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Handle guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Return soiled items for proper storage and manage waste.
