Qualifications

• Must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively and interact well with customers and employees.
• Must resolve problems/d conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
• Must be able to stand, walk and move through all areas of the casino.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all our guests.
• Report to work well-groomed in full uniform and on time.
• Greet all guests within 5 seconds in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Take reservations and VIP requests; answer inquiries and report issues to shift manager.
• Clear and reset tables according to host manual.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine lists, and daily specials.
