Job summary

Seneca Resorts & Casinos is seeking a Restaurant Host to provide fast, friendly, and courteous service to guests, handle reservations and seating, and assist with inquiries. The role requires public interaction, fluent English, and physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting in a casino setting.

The position emphasizes guest relations, accuracy in check procedures, and adherence to internal policies, with a focus on delivering the BEST 8 hours of service to our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine lists, and daily specials.
• Ensure a clean, organized host area and proper opening/closing duties.
