Formación

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them in a timely manner.
• Manage the waitlist with accurate wait times and updates.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating and service transitions.
• Assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed to support guest flow.
• Provide friendly and attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean environment.
