Job summary

Topgolf Fort Worth is seeking a customer-focused guest services associate to welcome players, assist with check-in and reservations, and share venue information, gameplay details, and promotions. You will help guests with clubs and equipment while keeping the venue clean and organized.

In this role you’ll promote retail items, respond to inquiries, and provide game demonstrations, all while upholding safety guidelines in a lively team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.
• Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations.
• Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions.
• Help with golf clubs and equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of venue.
• Offer retail items to guests, and keep retail area stocked and organized.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Give guests game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines.
