Topgolf is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome players, assist with check-in and reservations, and share information about venues, gameplay, and promotions.

You will help with golf clubs and equipment, maintain cleanliness, assist guests with retail items, respond to inquiries, and demonstrate games while enforcing safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations.
• Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions.
• Help with golf clubs and equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of venue.
• Offer retail items to guests, and keep retail area stocked and organized.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Give guests game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines.
