Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to bays and provide information about Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of bays, clear tables, and pick up golf balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on Topgolf technology.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Collaborate with staff to create a positive guest experience.
