Job summary

Topgolf Payroll Services is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome players, assist with check-in and reservations, and share information about the venue, gameplay and promotions.

You will help guests with golf clubs and equipment, keep the venue tidy, and upsell retail items while maintaining safety guidelines; strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

The role requires basic computer skills and physical ability to lift golf bags.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations.

• Offer retail items to guests, and keep retail area stocked and organized.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Give guests game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines.
