Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA seeks a Golf Attendant to greet guests, assist with golf, resort, casino information, and transport equipment. You will help maintain carts and daily practice facilities, setting up and tearing down the practice area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year experience in a guest service related field.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must possess and maintain a valid CA driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide golf, resort, casino, and local city information.
• Transport golf equipment to and from the staging area.
• Clean and stock golf carts for the next day and for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of golf carts, practice facility area, and staging area.
• Set up and tear down the practice facility daily.
• Check guest cars at golf valet for damages and record pre-existing damage.
• Respond to radio inquiries in a professional manner.
• Adhere to posted traffic rules.
• Respond to special guest requests from golf shop personnel.
• Report unsafe equipment to immediate supervisor.
• Operate the GPS system.
• Adhere to appearance standards and service guarantees; conduct self professionally.
• Protect the assets of Pechanga Resort Casino.
• Other duties as assigned.
