Job summary

Jdm-Golf-LLC is seeking a part-time Golf Cart Attendant to ensure guests receive top service and that golf carts and clubs are clean and well-maintained. The role includes loading bags, cleaning clubs, carts, inventory, and supporting promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Must read, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must demonstrate exceptional guest service and public relations skills.
• Must perform professionally in a high volume, high profile environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload golf bags onto golf carts.
• Clean guests' clubs before and after the round.
• Clean and detail golf carts, the building and cart barn.
• Stage golf carts for use.
• Retrieve golf balls using the tracker.
• Unload and wash range golf balls.
• Open and close the practice facility.
• Maintain rental club inventory and overnight bag storage.
• Execute marketing/promotional plans.
• Attend monthly and weekly staff meetings (including safety meetings).
