Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant to welcome guests, assist with golf, resort, and local information, and transport equipment. You will keep carts clean, maintain the practice area, and support daily operations on the course and in the golf shop.

Responsibilities include handling valet checks, operating the GPS system, and following all safety and appearance standards while providing excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of guest service experience is required.
• Ability to read and write English; speak simple sentences.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and provide Golf, Resort, Casino, and local city information.
• Assist guests by transporting their golf equipment to and from the staging area.
• Clean and stock golf carts for next day’s business and guest use.
• Maintain cleanliness of golf carts facility, practice area, and staging area.
• Set up and tear down the practice facility daily.
• Check guests' cars at golf valet for damages and record pre-existing damage.
• Respond to radio inquiries professionally.
• Adhere to Pechanga traffic rules.
• Address special requests from guests and golf shop staff.
• Report unsafe equipment to supervisor.
• Operate the GPS system.
• Comply with PRC Appearance Standards and conduct yourself professionally.
• Protect the assets of Pechanga Resort Casino.
• Other duties as assigned.
