Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding service to members and guests at the club. You will support the golf operations team with bag handling, cart prep, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas to ensure a seamless golf experience.

You will marshal carts, assist with etiquette guidance, and collaborate with staff to keep the facility in top condition. This role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote club events and course conditions to enhance member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts, assign to players, track usage, and report issues.
• Maintain cart barn, storage areas, and practice facilities.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters.
• Complete daily assignments and keep work areas orderly.
