Job summary

PGA TOUR, Inc is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Operations Staff member at TPC Twin Cities in Blaine, MN. You will assist members and guests with golf related needs and support daily operations on a private club environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, loading golf bags, operating golf cars, and ensuring the course and practice areas are well maintained. Prior customer service experience is valued, and tips are a possible supplement to pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service preferred, ideally in a country club or similar.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist PGA TOUR players, Members and guests with golfing needs to ensure smooth experiences.
• Greet and welcome members and guests; provide information about the course.
• Operate/guide golf cars, load bags, and assist with equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly golf car facilities and practice areas.
• Support the Golf Shop staff in enforcing club rules and dress code.
• Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
