Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Desk and Door Greeter teams, delivering warm, guest-focused service. You will manage daily operations, schedules, and staff development to ensure a smooth arrival experience for guests on Oregon's southern coast.

You will train team members, handle guest concerns with professionalism, and collaborate with leadership to meet budget goals and maintain high standards of courtesy and discretion.

• Oversee daily operations of Front Desk and Door Greeter teams to ensure warm, efficient service.
• Direct workload, schedules, and tasks to support smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Lead interviews, training, and meetings; participate in budgeting and wage management.
• Maintain documentation in the Property Management System for guest requests and preferences.
• Promote Ko-Kwel Casino Resort values and a respectful work culture.
• Respond to guest concerns with courtesy and escalate when needed.
