Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort invites friendly hospitality professionals to join our team on the southern Oregon coast. You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver meals and beverages with a smile, while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

We seek individuals with guest service experience, a valid OLCC permit and food handlers card, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous food and/or beverage experience required.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid OLCC permit and a food handlers card.
• GED or HS Diploma preferred.
• Strong guest service abilities and hospitality mindset.
• Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free workplace policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide helpful, professional service throughout their visit.
• Take orders and deliver meals and beverages with a smile.
• Guide guests through food and beverage offerings, answer questions, and deliver items with polished tray service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly space; speak up and report safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
• Support the team and assist with opening and closing side work during shifts.
• Ensure every dish meets restaurant standards and request a re-fire if needed.
