Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort on Oregon's southern coast is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to keep guest areas, dining rooms, and back-of-house spaces clean and inviting. You will operate cleaning equipment, maintain supply levels, and support events with setup duties.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and attention to detail, with weekend, holiday, and evening shifts common. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required, and you will join a team dedicated to guest comfort

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable attitude for guests and team members.
• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Previous work experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Keep spaces safe, clean, and welcoming for guests and team members.
• Clean and maintain all assigned areas including guest spaces, back-of-house areas, and facilities.
• Operate cleaning equipment and ensure tools are in good working order.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal areas and maintain tidy work zones.
• Assist in setting up tables, chairs, and furnishings for events as needed.
• Report maintenance needs promptly to supervisors.
• Communicate status updates to oncoming shifts.
