Kohler Co. is seeking a Front Desk & Facility Support Associate for The Serve in Kohler, WI. This on-site, part-time role involves greeting guests, managing access, guiding inquiries, and promoting Kohler experiences. Certifications in CPR/AED are supported, and responsibilities expand to facility upkeep and event support.

The position is weekends and weekdays, 6:00 am – 9:00 pm, with an hourly wage of $16.00–$20.00. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Formación

• Entry-level position.
• No previous experience needed.
• Computer skills are helpful and preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly personality required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
• Certification Requirements: Adult/Child CPR and Adult AED training. These certifications can be completed on site shortly after employment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests according to standards and register usage in the computer.
• Act as control person for access to all areas of TheServe.
• Direct members and guests to appropriate areas. Answer all inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of all The Serve policies and programs; provide explanations to members and guests when appropriate.
• Enforce facility rules and policies, including SOPs, programs, accident/incident procedures, age restrictions, and complaint handling procedures.
• Respond to all phone calls within 3 rings and direct calls as necessary. Take and deliver messages promptly.
• Maintain an orderly, neat appearance of the reception desk.
• Assist in laundering towels and maintaining a constant supply of clean linen.
• Conduct routine facility walk-throughs to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with stocking supplies throughout the facility and at the reception desk.
• Support general facility cleanliness and organization, reporting maintenance or housekeeping concerns as needed.
• Provide suggestions and communicate information to the management team regarding facility operations.
• Achieve and maintain CPR and AED certification; First Aid certification is also helpful.
• Act as a sales person for the entire resort. Promote memberships, programs, events, and Destination Kohler offerings.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical jobs assigned by other departments.
• Attend monthly staff meetings; 10 required annually.
• Work or volunteer for The Serve special events and facility programs.
• Manage multiple banks and ensure all transactions are completed accurately.
• After hire, will be cross trained as a facility attendant to assist the team in maintaining a clean environment for members and guests.
