Job summary

Kohler Co.'s guest services team is the heartbeat of our hospitality, delivering a warm welcome from arrival to departure. This onsite, full-time front desk role supports check-in, luggage escort, reservations, and local area guidance across weekdays and weekends with shifts from 6:00am to 11:00pm.

You will keep the lobby and service areas clean and well organized while sharing knowledge of facilities and hours with guests.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Open the door and greet guests with a proper greeting and last name.
• Register guests in the property management system.
• Escort guests to their rooms with luggage.
• Valet guests' vehicle or direct to self-parking.
• Assist guests with reservations for resort properties.
• Maintain a clean work area at the front desk and related spaces.
• Provide knowledge of facilities, hours, and local attractions.
• Inform supervisor of guest issues or unusual circumstances.
