Job summary

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as property liaison, providing guests and residents with information in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance requests to keep the office efficient.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve conflicts quickly.
• Make reservations in the reservation system.
• Handle store POS transactions.
• Clean and stock the store and maintain restrooms.
• Scoop ice cream.
• Perform other duties as directed by Property Manager.
