Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is hiring a Guest Services staff member for the Ole Miss event. You will welcome attendees, answer questions, and help with general guest needs in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with setup, guiding guests, and maintaining safety and order while delivering excellent service. Flexible scheduling may be required to accommodate event timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous.
• Must communicate clearly and interact professionally with diverse guests.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist attendees with needs.
• Assist with event setup and signage placement.
• Monitor areas for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and teams for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety.
• Follow company policies and maintain professionalism.
