The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg has an immediate opening for an energetic individual to fill the position of Guest Services/Female Locker Rooms Attendant. In this role, you will create a positive experience for every member/guest by ensuring the Spa, Retail area, and Female Locker Rooms are luxurious, comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing environments for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor by starting your shift in proper uniform
• Ensure amenities in all areas and locker rooms are properly stocked, clean, and organized
• Keep merchandise in the retail store clean, neat, and restocked as needed
• Ensure a safe work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment
• Experience in a Spa and retail environment is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
