Job summary

Medieval Times is seeking high-energy, friendly individuals for our Guest Services / Event Staff team. You will greet guests, assist them, and help maintain a safe environment inside and outside the venue.

Responsibilities include crowd interaction, patrolling for safety, handling emergencies, and supporting staff during shows. A high school diploma is preferred and 1–2 years of event staff experience is a plus. Valid driver's license required for some roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years event staff/guest services experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and act as ambassador for Medieval Times.
• Patrol interior and exterior areas to ensure safety of guests and team members.
• Address safety hazards and resolve problems as they arise.
• Enforce rules and regulations of Medieval Times.
• Assist cashiers and support security-related tasks as needed.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and work varied hours.
