Job summary

The Quadrangle Club, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Guest Services/Banquet Attendant to assist guests with luggage, set up event spaces, and maintain clean, welcoming environments across the facility and grounds. You will contribute to smooth event operations and guest satisfaction.

Role requires lifting 70+ pounds, stamina for long shifts with extensive walking, and ability to respond to guest inquiries with a positive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push and pull 70+ pounds.
• Housekeeping experience and knowledge of meeting room setup is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with mobile devices
• Previous experience as a guest service attendant is desirable but not required

Responsibilities

• Carry guests’ luggage to/from the guests’ rooms.
• Handle guest room deliveries.
• Load and unload guests’ luggage into taxis, ride share and personal vehicles, buses etc.
• Assemble and arrange event equipment in event rooms per event order, to the standard set by Event Operations management.
