Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Crew Member to deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple park stations. You will support Court Monitor, Greeter, Party Host/Coordinator, Café FOH/BOH, Front Desk, Park Training, and Marketing activities while maintaining park standards.

We value reliability, coachability, and strong communication as you adapt to station assignments and help create memorable visits for guests. 16+ and flexible hours required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety (Court Monitor).
• Welcome guests and provide directional assistance (Greeter/Park Support).
• Lead birthday parties and group events (Party Host).
• Take and process guest orders and handle POS (FOH).
• Complete required onboarding and safety certifications (Park Training).
• Assist with in-park promotions and community events (Marketing Support).
