Join Our Team as a Guest Services Coordinator - Part Time at Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors

We are seeking a customer service-oriented individual for the role of Guest Services Coordinator at Sun RV Resorts. This position involves handling routine office and clerical responsibilities, as well as serving as the face of the resort by interacting with guests and residents.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests and residents, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Check guests in and out for reservations.
  • Perform administrative duties including answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing.
  • Manage security deposits, rent, and other payments using Yardi software.
  • Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Review and process invoices, statements, and rental applications.
  • Assist with marketing, event planning, and resort communications.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, and data entry.
  • Experience with Yardi and RMS software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in RV resort or hotel front desk is a plus.
