Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Rockside is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk and guest services team. You will guide daily duties, support staff, and ensure courteous, attentive service to guests throughout their stay.

Ideal candidates will have front desk experience, hospitality knowledge, and strong communication skills, enabling you to manage operations and maintain a positive work environment in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience required.
• Ability to problem-solve under stressful situations.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous knowledge of hospitality and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and guest service.
• Monitor occupancy rates and forecasts.
• Work closely with other operational managers and supervisors to ensure efficient hotel operations.
• Assist and guide the front office staff through their daily duties and responsibilities.
• Train new employees as designated and outlined in the Front Office Training Guide.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Maintain a positive work environment.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk and Guest Services.
• Performs other duties as required.
