Summary

The Guest Services Coordinator owns the in-store hospitality experience and supports monthly sales goals by delivering personalized service to clients. This role manages hospitality needs including the Guest Kitchen, facilitates client communications and sales, and supports store operations and events to ensure a high‑end customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services including serving food and beverages and managing the Guest Kitchen.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients; facilitate sales via phone and electronic communication or connect clients to sales professionals.
• Support concierge services, transportation arrangements, celebrity dressing, Marketing/PR event requests, and promotional mailing projects.
• Assist sales professionals on the floor, prepare store openings and closings, coordinate with Shipping and Receiving, and manage alterations logistics.

Requirements

• Well‑developed written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills with attention to personal presentation.
• Organizational ability, ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, proactive mindset, and relevant retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to operate a register.
• Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours, lift up to 30 lbs., climb a ladder as trained, and maneuver around sales floor, stock and dressing room areas.
