Summary

The Guest Services Coordinator supports the Executive Sales Professional to deliver exceptional in-store client experiences through appointment management, order processing, and personalized service. This role handles client correspondence, coordinates alterations and shipments, and assists with transaction processing and floor presentation. The Coordinator partners with store leadership to maintain organized client engagement processes and support selling operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client correspondence, appointment booking, order follow-up, and package shipping including returns/exchanges.
• Assist with alteration requests, order placement, tracking, and related paperwork.
• Provide in-store client service and hospitality, supporting curated appointments and personalized experiences.
• Support Executive Sales Professional with ringing transactions, returns, and product pulls from other stores.
• Perform fitting room setup and recovery, maintain floor presentation standards, and support seamless selling floor operations.
• Conduct personalized outreach to re-engage lapsed clients and capture client information in the concierge app.
• Participate in product, selling, and client engagement training to support productivity.

Requirements

• Past retail selling experience preferred and an interest in luxury service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Ability to operate a register and work on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., maneuver around stock/dressing rooms, and use ladders as trained.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
