Are you a customer service all-star seeking a dynamic and rewarding organization? Join Sun RV Resorts as a Guest Services Coordinator to handle routine office and clerical responsibilities, and serve as the face of the resort by interacting with guests and residents.

Overview

Guest Services Coordinators manage office work and administrative tasks, collaborating closely with the Resort Manager and team.

Job Duties
  1. Greet guests and handle comments, suggestions, and complaints.
  2. Check guests in and out for reservations.
  3. Perform administrative duties like answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing.
  4. Manage security deposits, rent, and other funds.
  5. Maintain resort records, reports, and files.
  6. Distribute communications such as rules, notices, and newsletters.
  7. Manage office supplies and assist with marketing materials.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet
  • Experience in RV resort or hotel front desk is a plus
