Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial kitchens, soup kitchens, or large-scale cafeterias.
• Direct service or customer-facing work with disenfranchised or medically fragile populations.
• Basic computer skills including Google email and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service aligned with IHS's mission and values.
• Prepare and serve meals per sanitation standards and dietary requests.
• Keep kitchen and meal service areas clean and safe; report hazards.
• Store and rotate donated food per USDA guidance.
• Set up workstations for upcoming meal service.
