The Institute for Human Services (IHS) in Hawaii is seeking a Guest Services Assistant (Food Safety Certified) to cook, coordinate and ensure timely meal service for all guests. You will work with volunteers, prepare meals according to the menu, and support the meal program kitchen with a focus on guest welfare and safety.
Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene and safety in the kitchen and service areas, accommodating dietary needs, and assisting with prep and setup for each service

The Guest Services Assistant (Food Safety Certified) cooks, coordinates and ensures timely meal service to all IHS guests. This position plans and prepares according to the meal service menu and work collaboratively with volunteer groups/individual volunteers providing ingredients or service in the IHS meal program kitchen. The Guest Services Assistant (Food Safety Certified) provides exceptional guest service and ensure the welfare, health and safety of all IHS guests.
Starting from $17.00 hourly up to $20.00, dependent on experience.
Hours include some evenings, weekends and holidays. Hours and days may vary based on the needs of the organization. Must be available to work one or more of the following shifts as scheduled:
