Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co at Universal Orlando is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services specialist. The role involves friendly, professional check-in/check-out, guest requests, and coordination with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

You will support Front Desk operations, Reservations, and Star Service standards in a dynamic resort setting, with opportunities to grow within the hotel network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or relevant industry required.
• Previous experience with guest services preferred.
• Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written, with team members, leaders, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the friendly, professional, and efficient registration and check-out of hotel guests.
• Assists Front Desk Agents in satisfying guest requests and resolving guest complaints.
• Trained and skilled to perform Front Desk, Reservations, and Star Service functions as needed.
• Prints occupancy, arrivals, departures, and back-up reports daily.
• Coordinates with Housekeeping to ensure timely amenity deliveries and room status updates.
• Monitors and ensures completion of all room changes and no-shows.
