Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, collecting payment information, processing check-outs, and cash handling. Familiarity with Opera and HOTSOS is preferred; English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or related industry.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn Property Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Opera and HOTSOS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Obtains necessary credit and payment information from guests.
• Performs check-out and cash handling activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
