Job summary

The role offers Full-Time, Part-Time and On-Call options with diverse shift coverage and opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates maintain excellent English communication, possess a valid driver’s license, and can operate a golf cart on site.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Golf cart operation on site required.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Prior front desk, concierge, hospitality or security experience preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and visitors warmly and assist with check-in and inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints with professional conflict management.
• Maintain a secure environment by monitoring entrances and enforcing access policies.
• Operate a company golf cart to monitor property grounds.
• Provide basic incident reporting and first aid assistance when needed.
• Deliver professional, friendly service to ensure a positive visitor experience.
