Qualifications

Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Driver's License required.
Ability to operate a golf cart on site.
Experience in front desk, concierge, hospitality, or security preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

Greet residents, guests, and visitors warmly, assisting with check-in and inquiries.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain a secure environment by monitoring entrances and enforcing access policies.
Operate a company golf cart to navigate the property and monitor grounds.
Provide basic incident reporting and first aid assistance as required.
