Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a guest services ambassador at The American Club in Kohler, WI. The role centers on friendly, efficient front desk operations, check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest information services.

The position requires 3+ years in reception or customer service, a high school diploma, excellent communication, and the stamina to be on your feet most of the day. Weekend shifts are required, onsite location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years as a receptionist or in customer service preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and customer service focus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at check-in and check-out.
• Register guests using Fidelio PMS.
• Block rooms, prepare folios, and program keys.
• Handle all front desk cash transactions.
• Provide information on local attractions and hours.
• Attend to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
