Responsibilities:

• Assist with serving meals and providing exceptional dining experiences for our patients
• Answer calls from patients and their family members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare rooms for new admissions, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
• Ensure the overall comfort and satisfaction of our patients, including providing assistance with daily tasks and activities
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized care and services to our patients

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a strong track record of providing excellent service to patients and families
• Previous experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation center is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 9:00am-5:30pm
• Bilingual skills are a plus

What We Offer:
