Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Two years of experience in sales, public contact work, mail handling or general office clerical work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Flexible scheduling, including holidays, weekends or events; valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, take messages and provide information about park facilities.
• Process reservations for rooms, cabins or campsites and check guests in/out.
• Post charges to guest accounts and handle payments and transfers.
• Assist with gift shop sales and light housekeeping in public areas.
